Warranty Details

Are all BulletSafe warranties for 5 years? 

Yes, all current BulletSafe offerings(*except for the VP4 vest carrier) are backed by a 5 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. 

Please be aware that this warranty does not protect against normal wear and tear or end user abuse as determined by our staff members.

All warranty claims can be verified with a legitimate proof of purchase; typically a standard receipt, although we accept bank statements or other alternatives in extenuating circumstances.

Warranty claims are handled via Return Authorization. To request a Return Authorization, please click "Submit a request" located at the top of this page and fill out the appropriate information as prompted. From that point, our staff will review your situation to ensure that your claim is in fact covered under warranty.

*VP4 Vest Carrier is covered by a 2 year warranty
